Suman spends her entire day sitting in front of the television or watching her older sister Shabnam, 13, twice her age and half her size, play with neighbourhood friends.
Weighing the same as basketball legend Michael Jordan in his prime, the six-year-old is too unfit to play cricket or run around with the rest of the neighbourhood children.

Yeah, she's pretty fat I guess. But I've definitely seen fatter. Maybe she's just the fattest girl in India, which is kind of like being the world's tallest midget.

Nope, I just checked, and it says the world. They must mean she's the fattest girl in the rest of the world outside of America. I bet she wouldn't even crack the top 100 here. Go to any elementary school in this country, and you'll find 3 or 4 kids fatter than this. Guaranteed.
