Phoenix looks like a nightmare to live in.

It's 9 pm and it's still 86 degrees out? In early May? Holy shit! How can anybody live in a place like that. If I lived in Phoenix, I would never be able to go outside. I would just stay inside all day in air conditioned buildings, laying around in my underwear. Phoenix just sounds miserable.

This girl probably wasn't even running from the cops, I bet she was just delirious from heat stroke. She was totally out of it, stumbling down the sidewalk, trying to find a cooler place, then this dickhead cop comes along and body checks her into a cement wall. Nice work Dirty Harry. Now she has a severe concussion too.
